There will be many people from different backgrounds who will follow the methods of the system you're about to learn, and who will be earning anywhere from a few hundred dollars to tens of thousands of dollars per month. Our intentions are to provide you with a proven system so you won't have to reinvent the wheel. The system will work for you, but you have to work the system. Once you start to apply our success system, you'll find that your business will grow rapidly and continue to grow through the process of duplication, without your full time participation. Every business must be OPEN in order to make a profit. It doesn't matter whether you are in Network Marketing or own a McDonalds, if you don't turn on the lights open the doors and let folks know you're doing business, no one will show and you WILL FAIL. Set your business hours, live by them every day. Make it a habit! 2. Sponsor up - but don't neglect anybody. Rank yourself on a scale of 1-10, then go talk to everyone who ranks higher than you, they will grow your business faster and create more success for you. If they say “No†now, they'll come in later when they see you succeed, and the additional opportunities your company provides! 3. Find people that want it for themselves. A quote: "The day you stop looking for acceptance and start looking for business partners is the day your business will take off." This is a very key element for success. So many of us think of all the people we know who need this business. STOP; ask yourself this question, why do they need it? Could it be because of the way they are? Look for the people who want it for themselves. 4. Don't try to motivate those that cannot be motivated. (A corollary to #3 because we need it.) We can supply the tools, the system, the training the materials but we cannot supply motivation. The person happy to be sitting in the rain does not need an umbrella. The person who doesn't wear shoes does not need a shoeshine kit. Find the people who are motivated to achieve more and provide more for themselves their families and their communities. 5. Keep it simple Try teaching someone the Gettysburg address and then have him or her teach someone else who will then teach someone else. How long before it is unrecognizable? Not long! Teach them our simple system and they can replicate that. 6. Make money not excuses. You can do only one or the other. You cannot do both. Make your choice! 7. Establish why you are doing this business. Keep the focus on your why and don't let the bumps in the road stop you dead. Establish why each of your partners is doing the business, down to the color of the upholstery, color make and model of the car. The bump in the road looms large if you get down on your knees and stare at it. Stand-up and focus on your destination and the bump disappears. The tightrope walker never looks where his feet are; he always focuses on his destination. The same is true for a mogul skier, racecar driver, jockey and anyone else striving to achieve more! 8. You must develop leaders or your business will turn upside down. How do you spot / find and develop leaders. Look for those are working! Focus on developing them as leaders and you will achieve every goal more quickly because you will have more people succeeding! 9. Your success depends on the success of your organization. Focus on supporting others on your TEAM. Build Success Units of Business Partners who each enroll new Business Partners. Teach them to do the same and you will create an organization of successful people! Zig Ziglar said: “Help enough other people get what they want and you will get what you want.†10. Put great people in immediately. Don't wait for the right time. Excitement and early success builds this business better than anything. Bring them in immediately and create an atmosphere of success that others will follow. They will serve, as role models and everyone will want to be part of your organization. 11. Get under people, not on top of them. Support, educate and help. Build people up. Lift people up show people their best side so that they see it too and share it with others. Be proud of their skills and help them conquer their fears and weaknesses. 12. Be proud of what you are doing. Question, "What do you do?†Answer: I'm a Professional Networker; it works really well for me... I am part of a great Team! Sure there are people who failed at this, but they did not have our system! There are people who failed High School. Should every kid in the USA skip high school? The opportunities are endless and our business is the business of helping people take charge of their lives, of regaining control of the out of control. We are network marketers! 13. Don't Mother people. Lead by example. You can't say the wrong thing to the right people or the right thing to the wrong people. Train leaders and let them work. A quote: "Wealth hides itself from those who must do everything themselves and exposes itself to those who have the patients to coach others." People learn by trying. People who aren't trying don't need help. To be great you have to be good first. To be good you have to bad first. To be bad, you have to try.
Work with the people who are trying, who are taking action and help them be more effective in their actions. Demonstrate it every day in your daily activities as you build your business. 14. Build teams, not individuals. Find a system and use it consistently with your whole team. Work in teams, get an accountability partner who you communicate with daily on your goals, what you are going to get done and then at the end of the day, let them know what you have accomplished. Hold them accountable too. 15. Develop an Attitude of Action. Stop waiting for something to happen. Everyday you spend doing something that does not ultimately move you in the direction you want to go is a day wasted. Business, and life are not spectator sports. Get in the game, you cannot win or advance if you're not in the game. Take Action! Let's get started, TEAM!There are as many ways to do this business, as there are people in the business. It is your business, and you can build it your way. If you treat it like a hobby, or a $ 399 Business, it will pay you accordingly. If you treat it like the Million Dollar Business that it is, you can change your life, and many others in the process. Like all great things, it does not come easy, but it is simple. We have a duplicable system that has worked for many who came before you, and will continue to work for thousands of others. Everyone that sticks with the system becomes successful. The only way you can fail, is fail to follow a good business system, like ours, or give up and quit. Everyone has the same opportunity. Your business starts with you! Things change, and while we try to keep them up to date, it is the basic information that is important (And that is true of all of the lessons). Now take some time, with the next step. It is one of the most important things you ever do, and will affect the outcome of your business, in a big way. It is time to start defining, Your Why? While your why will continue to evolve, and frankly grow much larger as you stretch your vision, it is important to get something strong down, NOW! It may also be a good time to review the article called, "Why Network Marketing". It will help you understand how big this thing you just got a hold of, is. It will help you formulate your Why. Next is to make a list of your Prospects. This is where more people fail, than any other place. Many think they can just start calling everyone they know, and their business will explode. If that is you, stop this training now, and we will see you again after you bang your head in to the same obstacles others hit, as they haphazardly tried to build a Million Dollar Business! If you stay with us, it is time to follow the instructions, and make a list of at least 50 to 100 people, that you know. No other qualifications, just that you know them. Limit or edit your list and you will limit and edit your success. If you want it all, list them all. DO NOT PRE-JUDGE WHO WILL AND WHO WON'T! We can guarantee from experience, that the ones you think will, won't and the ones you think won't will. One prospect can lead you to a fortune. What happens if you leave them off of your list? Well, they end up on someone else's list! Once you have your list made up, with at least 50 to 100 names, find their contact information, and add it to the list. Then it is time to contact your sponsor, and/or upline. This is a Team Business, and even if your sponsor is also new, it goes better as a Team. Call upline until you find someone with a little no how and success, and schedule a planning session, right away. Let them know you have secured your assets (That is your list, the most important asset you will ever have. After all, it is Network Marketing, and they are your Network!). Then, we will move on to Lesson 2. It is best to do it with the guidance (And it can be over the phone or chat room). We are proud to have you on the Team. This Team and this Training is Dynamic. Your Consultant Web Site is your own virtual mall on the internet. Follow the instructions in this packet to get these tools up and running ASAP. - Business Plan: Determine your reason for doing Ambit and write down your goals. Plan your work, and work your plan. Building knowledge, gathering customers, sponsor and enrolling Associates, being coachable and teachable, and helping others do the same is what it take to be successful in this business.
- Business Cards / Flyers / Sizzle Cards: Order business cards, flyers, and / or sizzle cards to distribute to everyone and everywhere you can.
- Start getting Customers ASAP: If Consultants don't get customers; no one makes money.
- Invite People to Look: Introducing everyone to your business is the key to your success. Review inviting scripts and role-play with your sponsor and enroller or upline. Use business cards, flyers, and your web site to tap into the cool & cold market.
- Company & Industry Overviews: Check the list of all local meetings and trainings in your area on your Ambit Power Zone or www.yourname. tlcenergy.com . Two of the most fundamental elements of effective leadership are Decisiveness and Persistence. A leader must be able to confidently make decisions and have the courage to stick with them. This sounds obvious, but read the text below and ask yourself whether you could improve in these areas. You can be as great a leader as you make your mind up to be! The power of DECISIONThose who succeed reach decisions promptly, and change them, if at all, very slowly. Those who fail to accumulate money, without exception, have the habit of reaching decisions, if at all, very slowly, and of changing these decisions quickly and often. Tips on Making Your Own DecisionsThe majority of people who fail to achieve their goals are, generally speaking, easily influenced by the opinions of others. They permit the newspapers and the gossiping neighbors to do their thinking for them. Opinions are the cheapest commodities on earth. Everyone has a flock of opinions ready to be wished upon anyone who will accept them. If you are influenced by opinions when you reach decisions, you will not succeed in any undertaking. You have a brain and mind of your own. Use it, and reach your own decisions. If you need facts or information from other people to enable you to reach decisions, acquire these facts or secure the information you need quietly, without disclosing your purpose. Those who reach decisions promptly and definitely know what they want, and generally get it. The leaders in every walk of life decide quickly, and firmly. The world has the habit of making room for the people whose words and actions show that they know where they are going. The power of PERSISTENCEThe basis of persistence is the power of will. Success does not respond to wishes. It responds only to definite plans, backed by definite desires, through constant persistence. There are four simple steps which lead to the habit of persistence. They are: - A definite purpose backed by burning desire for its fulfillment.

The Major Attributes of Leadership1. Unwavering courage based upon knowledge of self, and one's occupation. No follower wishes to be dominated by a leader who lacks self-confidence and courage. 2. Self-control. The man who cannot control himself can never control others. 3. A keen sense of justice. Without a sense of fairness and justice, no leader can command and retain the respect of his followers. 4. Definiteness of decision. The man who wavers in his decisions, shows that he is not sure of himself, and cannot lead others successfully. 5. Definiteness of plans. The successful leader must plan his work and work his plan. 6. The habit of doing more than is expected or asked for. One of the penalties of leadership is the necessity of willingness, upon the part of the leader, to do more than he requires of his followers. 7. A pleasing personality. Leadership calls for respect. Followers will not respect a leader who does not grade high on all of the factories of pleasing personality. 8. Sympathy and understanding. The successful leader must understand his followers and their problems. 9. Mastery of detail. 10. Willingness to assume full responsibility. The successful leader must be willing to assume responsibility for the mistakes and the shortcomings of his followers. 11. Cooperation. The successful leader must understand and apply the principle of cooperative effort and be able to induce his followers to do the same. Leadership calls for power, and power calls for cooperation. The Major Causes of Failure1. Lack of a well-defined purpose in life. There is no hope of success for the person who does not have a central purpose, or definite goal at which to aim. 2. Lack of ambition to aim above mediocrity. We offer no hope for the person who is so indifferent as not to want to get ahead in life, and who is not willing to pay the price. 3. Insufficient knowledge or education. This is a handicap which may be overcome with comparative ease. Experience has proven that the best-educated people are often those who are known as self-made, or self-educated. It takes more than a college degree to make one a person of education. Any person who is educated is one who has learned to get whatever he wants in life without violating the rights of others. Education consists, not so much of knowledge, but of knowledge effectively and persistently applied. Men are paid, not merely for what they know, but more particularly for what they do with that which they know. 4. Lack of self-discipline. Discipline comes through self-control. This means that one must control all negative qualities. Before you can control conditions, you must first control yourself. Self-mastery is the hardest job you will ever tackle. 5. Procrastination. Most of us go through life as failures, because we are wishing for the time to be right to start doing something worthwhile. Do not wait. The time will never be just right. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along. 6. Lack of persistence. Most of us are good starters but poor finishers of everything we begin. Moreover, people are prone to give up at the first signs of defeat. There is no substitute for persistence. 7. Negative personality. There is no hope of success for the person who repels people through a negative personality. Success comes through the application of power, and power is attained through the cooperative efforts of other people. A negative personality will not induce cooperation. 8. Lack of a well-defined power of decision. Those who succeed reach decision promptly, and change them, if at all, very slowly. Those who fail reach decisions, if at all, very slowly, and change them frequently, and quickly. 9. One or more of the six basic fears. a. The fear of poverty b. The fear of criticism c. The fear of ill health d. The fear of loss of love e. The fear of old age f. The fear of death
10. Over-caution. The person who takes no chances generally has to take whatever is left when others are through choosing. 11. Wrong selection of associates in business. This is one of the most common causes of failure in business. We emulate those with whom we associate most closely. 12. Lack of concentration of effort. The jack-of-all-trades seldom is good at any. 13. Lack of enthusiasm. Without enthusiasm one cannot be convincing. Moreover, enthusiasm is contagious, and the person who has it, under control, is generally welcome in any group of people. What it Takes to Get ThereNew Consultants always ask what it takes to get to a full time income, like $5000, $10,000, $20,000 a month or even more. IF you get yourself to Senior Consultant or Executive Consultant, those monthly incomes, and more is possible for you! That means helping 2 Personally Enrolled Consultants build a group of 6 or more. Then sponsor at least 2 new Consultants, and help them build a Team of 18. Now you are a Senior Consultant, and the Opportunity for financial growth just got much larger! Now it is time to concentrate on Building New Leaders. Not just numbers, but Leaders that can duplicate or exceed your own efforts. Each of your first two families continue to grow, and continue to need your support. Never make the mistake of moving on, leaving your first two families to fend for themselves. Your MC Code can eventually generate a strong 5 figure Residual Income for you, if you continue to support and nurture them. Help everyone, regardless of code! Now you want to sponsor as many people as it takes, to find a few that are duplicating. It is important that you build at least 5 SC's in your first 6 Levels. This not only assures your next promotion, but ensures a Strong Residual Income. In most cases, you must resist the urge to stack, as each level of your 6 Level Plan that you give up could cost you over $10,000 a month in the long run. Work with individuals, but always think in Teams. It is Team Success that will carry you to Financial Freedom! A Team of 1000 Consultants in your SC or above, will pay you over $100,000 in front money, and set you up for a strong 5 figure Residual Income. It is not what if, it is a Mathematical Surety. Build the Organization, and it will build you! That is not just 1000 Consultants, that is several very self sustaining, business generating teams. The good news is that if you can get there, and you can, it will become clear as to how to become an National Consultant, and achieve all that Network Marketing has to offer! My best estimate is that you need to get to SC, to provide at least half of the income, on a truly residual basis. SC is where you can get unlimited depth income of up to $135 per Consultant, and up to 75 Cents per Customer, WITH OUT LIMITS! Now you could have a Six Figure Income. It is achievable. However, you must develop leaders, and get to SC and then EC. At EC, the sky is the limit. Now it about Sponsoring New Consultants, Building Teams, and Developing the Leadership that will carry you to National Consultant and total Financial Freedom How to get there?Call 10 to 15, to get 5 or 6 to just listen to you and maybe a recorded message, three way call, recorded Message or watch a DVD or online presentation. 3 or 4 will want more information, and possibly see a live presentation. Two will become customers or Consultants. For this I assume only one Consultant, but you need the customers, so be sure to ask the others to use your Service. You also must teach this so your group magnifies your efforts! With that, let's assume only 10 calls, and 3 to 5 exposures a week. That averages one Consultant a week. As it takes 1 to 2 months for most Consultants to really get it and become steadily productive. Be patient, and keep recruiting. At this point it is 80 or 90 % your efforts. If you get someone to follow our Teams System, and they may be shot out of a cannon. Based on recruiting, 3 to 4 Consultants a month, in your first few months. In your 3rd or 4th month:That is you plus 10 to 15 total, with you and a couple others working productively. With more calls and meetings, , that could be 30 to 60 or even more (We call that a clue!). 5th or 6th month:With you and 2 or 3 others doing the same, it is 40 to 50 associates, but now with 5 or 6 producers. Should be about 20 new reps a month, or 100 or more on your Team. 8th or 9th month:Now it is your production, and 5 to 7 other big producers (About 80 to 100 total associates working the business). Magnify that by 5 to 10 if you Attend more than one weekly meeting, and truly contact 2 or 3 a day. (That is a potential to have numbers approaching 500 to 1000 or more.) 11th or 12th month:Wow! Now you and 10 to 15 other producers lead a gang of about 200 to 300. 17th or 18th month:Now you have grown to the point where 60% to 70% of your efforts go to help your organization, and only 30% to 40% for recruiting. Your goal is to help other leaders get to where you are, or beyond! You are now well over your goal, and are teaching it to others. If you have slack periods, it can easily double the time required. But, isn't it still worth it? If your group is normal, it may take three to five years for you to be earning a full time income from the business you started for a few hundred dollars, and now you own your life! If you work it really consistently, for the next 2 years, you could take the rest of your life, off! Congratulations, you are now a Successful, Professional Network Marketer! Don't ease up. Increase the amount of success you teach to each person you recruit, and build your success. It is time to go back and recruit the ones that said no, because they did not believe. You now recruit from success, not hunger or desire. You absolutely know what can happen, and share it with those that will listen! The sad thing is that most of the people that quit do it in their first 60 days. As you can see, it is unlikely, except for extreme luck or tremendous experienced efforts, that anyone would see substantial results that quick. We have got to let them know about the Power of Large Numbers, and the Power of Time! If you want to be Big Time, Fast, be Big Time Now! |
