During today's General Session, Ambit Energy Co-founders, CEO Jere Thompson and CMO Chris Chambless, and VP of Field Development Scott, "Who's Your Daddy," Lawrence announced nearly 20 new wonderful things to help you build your business and take control of your financial future.
And beyond the announcements there was even more excitement. National Consultants Brian McClure, Steve Thompson and Carlos Marin were inducted into the Ambit Millionaire Club. Thirteen Consultants were recognized with the Pure Energy Award. We recognized the Top Five Recruiters in each state. Ambition attendees enjoyed a special discount at the Ambit Store. We gave away a 2008 Lexus ES 350! Several people were given brand new laptop computers. Every RC, SC, EC and NC Leader had their moment in lights on the Ambition 2008 stage. NC Brian and Betsy McClure were recognized as Ambit's #1 Income-Earner for 2008. EC Debbie Roy won the Ambit Crystal Sphere Award. NC Ronny Kirkland won the first-ever Perseverance Award. NC Carlos Marin won the Thompson Leadership Award. And we heard some very inspiring words from our Co-founders in their unforgettable keynote addresses.

Average Billing Enrollment Changes:
Customers must call Customer Care to request this billing option. The online customer enrollment form no longer includes the option to select average billing. After enrollment is completed, your eligible customers may sign up for average billing by calling Ambit Customer Care at (877) 28 AMBIT. Our agents will be happy to handle these requests.
We made this change because a significant number of customers were enrolled for average billing without their knowledge. The new process helps ensure that your customer understands average billing, and is specifically requesting this billing option. Last night on the Leadership Conference Call, Ambit CMO, Chris Chambless made an exciting new announcement! As of today, new MC'c that join Ambit, living in New York but residing outside of the Con Ed service area will not be required to meet their customer assignment qualifications for promotion until the National Grid service area is open. The 28 day time frame requirement to receive Jump Start Bonuses is put on pause as well. However, should New York consultants outside the Con Ed service area have contacts in our existing service areas, they may begin enrolling customers immediately to get paid on their Jump Start Bonus now! You may also click on a county and a list will be displayed of cities offering electric and/or gas service(s).
